Innovative Air Mobility (IAM) continues to evolve and preparing our skies will take more than just advanced drones. It will require planning, trust, and tools that cities and operators can use together.
Lukáš and Milan of AgentFly Technologies are part of the ImAFUSA Project, building the systems that will help cities manage low-altitude airspace. In this interview, they explain their role in supporting safer, greener skies for the future.
Lukáš Koranda, head of air traffic management simulation at AgentFly Technologies shares how their platform is helping cities understand the wider impact of drones and air taxis.
The focus is on making these tools accessible to local authorities, so decisions are based on real data, not assumptions.
“We are trying to integrate more data sources and help cities to make better decisions.”
Milan Rollo, CTO at AgentFly Technologies, adds that his work also supports drone operators.
“We try to support beyond visual line of sight operations of drones. We also try to help cities to organise their traffic and help the operators to plan their missions.”
ImAFUSA aims to ensure that IAM is not only innovative, but practical and sustainable. AgentFly’s contribution helps bridge the gap between technical capability and everyday use.
AgentFly Technologies is helping cities prepare for a future where drones and air taxis become part of daily life. Lukáš Koranda focuses on environmental simulations that bring together diverse data sources, giving local authorities tools for smarter planning.
Milan Rollo, meanwhile, highlights the technical side, developing systems to support beyond visual line of sight operations and improve how low-altitude traffic is organised.
Together, their work supports one clear goal: to make IAM safe, sustainable, and manageable for the people and cities it will serve.
