ImAFUSA Presented at SSPCR 2025 Conference in Bolzano

The ImAFUSA Framework and Toolset were presented at the Smart and Sustainable Planning for Cities and Regions (SSPCR) 2025 conference, held in Bolzano, Italy, from 9–12 December 2025.

Margarida Santos, representing ISCTE, introduced the ImAFUSA project, highlighting the framework’s development and key characteristics, as well as the ImAFUSA Toolset, presenting the platform and core functionalities. The presentation provided an important opportunity to disseminate and discuss the work developed by ImAFUSA partners.

SSPRC celebrates 10th anniversary

SSPCR 2025 marked the 10th anniversary of the conference, bringing together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to address pressing urban challenges such as digitalisation, climate change, socio-economic transitions, and social justice.

Hosted at Eurac Research’s NOI Techpark, the conference focused on innovative, equitable, and resilient solutions for sustainable urban and regional development, with thematic tracks covering energy transition, data and AI-powered territories, adaptive regeneration, and circular economy strategies.
