ImAFUSA is delighted to invite you to learn more about the project, its goals and ongoing work at Airspace World 2025 during the dedicated Walking Tours being organised by the SESAR Joint Undertaking (JU).
ImAFUSA will be among the projects featured on Tour 13, “‘Paving the way for integrated drone operations in Europe” which will commence at 13.45 on Wednesday, May 14, from the Europe for Aviation stand #H1894. No prior registration is required.
Following an introduction by guide Michael Sfyroeras of SESAR JU, ImAFUSA coordinator Sofia Kalakou of the ISCTE Business School will provide an overview of the ImAFUSA project, along with updates on its ongoing work developing the impact assessment framework for social acceptance of innovative aerial mobility (IAM).
Participants in the tour will be informed of the development of Sustainable Urban Air Mobility Indicators (SUAMI) and how these are being used to create tools that will enable stakeholders to make informed, sustainable and socially accepted decisions regarding the adoption and deployment of IAM systems. More about this framework for integrating Urban Air Mobility in Smart Cities is available in the study presented by Anna Palaiologk at the TSA Summit 2025, earlier this year.
The full itinerary of Tour 13 is included below. Meanwhile, you can find here the full list of all 17 walking tours offered by SESAR JU at Airspace World 2025.
Each guided tour will last about 75 minutes and offer the opportunity to meet the experts behind Europe’s most pioneering ATM modernisation projects, network with SESAR partners and learn more about the cutting-edge work shaping the Digital European Sky.
